Our approach begins with listening and learning your community’s goals, governance structures, and priorities. By aligning HR practices with community values, we help create inclusive cultures that support collaboration, knowledge sharing, and long-term community success. We help leverage the experience of older employees, while nurturing the innovation and energy of younger staff. Custom Ongoing HR Support

We provide flexible, ongoing HR support for Indigenous communities that need additional HR expertise or do not have an HR team.

Our dedicated consultant works alongside leadership to provide support with policies, hiring, employee relations, workforce planning, and performance management while respecting community values and governance structures. This partnership helps communities strengthen their HR foundations while building internal capacity and sustainable practices.

HR On Call

HR on Call provides direct access to experienced HR professionals for timely advice and practical solutions.

Leaders can reach out by phone or email for guidance on any HR issues including employee relations, workplace challenges, termination, employment legislation, and more. The service includes access to a library of HR templates and policies to help manage HR matters with confidence.

Governance Reviews and Foundations

Strong governance structures help Indigenous communities operate effectively and support clear decision-making within leadership and boards.

We work with Indigenous organizations to review governance frameworks, clarify roles and responsibilities, and strengthen board practices. These foundations support stronger leadership alignment, improved accountability, and long-term organizational stability.

Youth Career Development Program

Youth career development programs help communities prepare the next generation of skilled professionals and leaders.

Through our partnerships with communities, we created industry-leading tools in our My Career Path Program to help youth design a career path that is aligned with who they are and what matters most to them. We partner with Indigenous organizations to design programs that support career exploration, mentorship, and job readiness for young people entering the workforce. We ensure that program content reflects the lived realities of Indigenous youth and is grounded in community teachings, values, and cultural perspectives. These initiatives help strengthen long-term workforce development while creating meaningful opportunities for youth within their communities.
