Manitoba Early Learning and Child Care Board Governance

The Manitoba Early Learning and Child Care Board Governance Manual, along with implementation support, is designed to equip child care centres and their Board to leverage the full benefit of the manual and governance best practices for successful operations.

The Board Governance Manual provides child centres with a free customizable template to suit the centre and their Board needs. Additionally,  up to two hours of  Board Governance Manual implementation support is provided by People First HR Services at no additional cost.

Use this form to request a copy of the Board Governance Manual and/or to request support from a Governance expert.

Please note: Centres are encouraged to request support of a Governance expert along with the request for a copy of the manual. Distribution and supports are reserved for Manitoba licensed child care centres only;  membership with the Manitoba Child Care Association is not required.
